These terms govern your purchase of services from Journal-Ready Desk ("we", "us") through journalreadydesk.com.
A described digital service delivered by email. Scope, price and delivery time are stated on the order page at the time of purchase. We change no scientific content, give no legal, financial, tax or bidding advice, and act only on material you supply.
You confirm you have the right to send us the material, that it contains no identifiable personal data of third parties (for example patient data), and that you will review the deliverable before using it. You remain responsible for anything you submit to a journal, portal or authority.
Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, which handles checkout, receipts, taxes and refunds under its own terms. Prices are shown in USD; your card issuer sets any conversion.
See the refund policy. If we cannot deliver, you pay nothing.
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, including a rejected submission, missed deadline or lost bid.
We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your order applies.
