If we deliver late against the stated turnaround, or you cannot use the deliverable, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we refund the order in full. No questions asked.
Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period and no further charges are made. If a brief contains a material factual error (for example a wrong closing date or bond) and you tell us, that month is free.
Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
