Who does the work?
A small editorial desk using AI-assisted formatting tools with a human verification pass on structure, references and the cover letter. Every reference is checked by lookup, not by eye.
Which file formats?
Word (.docx) in and out, with tracked changes and a clean copy. LaTeX manuscripts: send the .tex and .bib; we return a .tex adapted to the journal's template where one exists, otherwise a formatted .docx.
What if the journal's guidelines are behind a login?
Most are public. If not, forward the guidelines PDF or paste the text, and we work from that.
How is 48 hours counted?
From the moment we confirm receipt of your manuscript and target journal by email. Weekends included.
What if you miss the deadline or the pack isn't usable?
Full refund, no questions. Tell us within 7 days of delivery.
Can you format for two journals at once?
Yes, as two packs. Say so in your email and we invoice the second at the same price.
Is this ghost-writing?
No. Journals permit editing and formatting assistance; many recommend it. We change no scientific content, and the change log shows exactly what moved so you can disclose it if your journal asks.
